Above All
meant to mention this just now omg i was wondering why i got like forget something one HAHAHHA
but anyway, shout to the Lord randomly popped up in my head a day or two back. it was not something that we've been singing in church but rather it's a song i sang when i was in pri sch. and like idk it just suddenly came to me and i only knew the first two lines (spent some time singing it w chiang and eunice jn to figure out the name of the song HAHA) and i think this just led to a series of me thinking back about my life when i was a kid with that childlike faith which then led to that whole saga of me and the fire hahahhahah but yeah really just wanted to write this down.
and i thought of above all also which is another song that i sang in pri sch and i rmb it v well bc of the line "like a rose, trampled on the ground" bc the power point slide had a rose HAHAHA
but ya and i thought of how i saw a allkpop article of kidols who proudly proclaim their faith in God (in a way it can be dangerous for them too bc you know just how crazy people against Christianity can be, right?) and the first idol was kevin from ukiss and he sang above all. didn't get to watch the video then but since i've been reminded of above all, i decided to search it up.
holy nuts i had such goosebumps when he sang in korean!!!!!! omg ive never heard any korean worship songs before. so far it's been just chinese and english but maybe i should start. and french too! ahhaha. but ya. rly man. just worship. like what one of the comments wrote, "no flashy costumes, no intense choreo; just him and his soul."
so yeppz just wanted to share that!
