remember this post where i was ranting and raving (no pun intended) about teen titans?
and like i know i was so stressed over tt having only 5 seasons then but now as time has passed and everything honestly i'm not as stressed over the fact that i would be too attached to it? because i'm still attached but i've toned down damn a lot so that's a relief hahaha ><
that and i've rekindled my love for reading (even brighter than when i was reading kpop fanfics) by reading all the lovely fics on ao3 and ff.net!! i found some super amazing ones that are like over 100k words long and like it just got me thinking how i used to say that i didn't wanna read thick books but actl for so much of my life i've been reading thick books - they just didn't seem to daunting when i couldn't see all the pages. anyways so yeah, it probably wasn't a good idea to venture into fanfiction when i wasn't done with the actual show because then there were a lot of missing plots that i couldn't get. like there was this one, Anti-Kitten Birthday Party where they had characters like bumblebee and kidflash all that and i couldn't really understand nor visualise them in my head because i've never seen them in the show before. bumblebee i had but kidflash no hahha >< anyway yeah. and like another one i cant rmb the name of it but it's on ff.net about bb turning into a cat and being unable to change back. (oo it rhymed) and they were talking about soto who appeared in idk when and they were also talking about terra's betrayal and i couldn't really understand it because i didn't watch it yet. but yeah.
and also like because i'm really hoping not to give myself any spoilers, i actually refrained from a number of fics until after i finish the actual series hahaha >< nearly gave myself a few bad spoilers here and there. esp when i was reading the teen titans wikia and they will mention stuff that happen in later eps but oh wells what to do hahah ><
anyway this was something that i thought about: i realised that i prefer fanficition over actual books because in fanfiction, i already have a context to follow. i don't have to relearn a whole new character or imagine how he/she looks and sounds. because i already have the entire background. and i think that's something i like. hahaha >< also i've been pretty open to possibly reading the actual dc comics for teen titans (event though i don't really like how they're drawn cos frankly they look nothing like teens in that series lmao ><)! was thinking of getting a kindle/colour ebook reader/tablet for that but that shall be something for post a's!
this is random but i kindda pangseh-ed pea jn in school and i feel quite bad abt it :\ i really hope she isn't too mad at me cos she sounded quite annoyed over the phone and hopefully i can wait for her on wed to make it up to her >< tbh she wasn't replying me despite me msging her way before her training time and i honestly didn't wanna be held up waiting in school until 8 or 9 only to find out she was already home and like when daddy could pick me up i was like ohkay lor ><
oh and i bought avocado milkshake from sch for mummy and daddy. daddy finished his during the drive home and mummy didn't like it SO YAY MORE FOR ME XD (it was actl meant for me and mummy to share but if she liked it then i wouldn't mind just giving it to her since i can buy it in school anyway hahah)
i really oughta sleep ^^;; all my 'short posts' turn out into some self-ranting time where i release everything on my mind ^^;;

and i dont think ive said it but recently ive gotten damn into teen titans?!?!!?! Like holy hell in 3 days ive watched 22 eps?!!!??! In 2 days i watched 17 holy hell. Wait i watched so many ytd meh. Huh confusion hahaha i know i watched 9 eps in one day ^^;; but so ya bottom line is ive gotten damn into teen titans maybe because i feel so damn attatched to raven!!!! D: and like the season focussing on her is season 4 so i have to wait cos im just abt to finsh season 2??? >< and like idk sia hahaha idk what im gonna do when i finish all 5 seasons sia hahaha >< and like it's alr confirmed that there wont be a season 6 and like im getting quite attatched to it so like idk whether i shld drag out watching the show or i shld just finish the show asap hahaha >< imma read the ttg comics tho but ttg the cartoon is honestly not that appealing to me :\haha i decided to read down a little after updating the previous post and i came across this when i was spazzing over teen titans. and here i am to say that I'VE FINISHED SEASON 4!!! so yes i watched finished the whole raven fiasco and holy hell was it interesting. i totally wouldn't mind watching it again xP so i took about two plus weeks to get here. i guess it's clear that i toned down a lot on my watching cos i was really worried that it would consume me and i would end up not studying for a's but oh wells! i did do it in the end hehehe ><
