300915 - Ice Skating with Addicts

yo! since i can't sleep (again) i decided to do something more productive and less mindless yeah? it's been something i've been wanting to blog about for a really long time hahaha

so the rink at jcube supposedly had this free entrance (up: $14) thing for the whole month of sept for jc kids. the thing is that sept is promos (you smart asses) so like promos ended on 29 sept (for me) and 30 sept for the chi peeps and we decided to go ice skating after the chi exam. so since it's on the other end of singapore, we planned to meet for like lunch and stuff then prolly go skate after that? and guess who woke up at like 10:40 when i planned to leave hse around 11 HAHAH. i didn't pack either thinking that my alarm would wake me up on time. clearly that shit cant be trusted LOL. so yeah i left hse pretty late and ended up reaching jcube at like 12:30+? and like i feel bad for shar cos she was the only one there on time.

so then it was only there that we found out those bastards changed it to first 800 only ._. but we went ahead w finding a place for lunch and settled for thai express as per shar's req cos her phad thai is love. it was so ex tho???? was sort of stressed ah cos cannot keep spending so much money right? but then like still a bit like ohkay ah nvm just go. and then like when i called the pig (who was w jy and quan) abt gg thai express he was like "it's sharmaine's idea right" HAHAHHA

then after that we went to go see the rink and guess what? fully redeemed. it's prolly our fault cos like ya yknow so late alr but srsly this wasn't in the damn electronic version circulated?!!??!?! so i was really really quite disappointed ah. like come all the way jurong then end up cant skate??? cos ppl don't rly wanna pay so much ah. then thought of gg ktv cos got voucher but guess what? freaking ex. and no good time. like it was legit booked until night. so then they were all discussing like go watch movie and what not and honestly the more they talked the more i just wanted to walk away and hide in some corner and ignore everyone ah. i was really really really damn upset about not being able to go ice skating cos some pig hasn't ice skated before and i thought it'd be really fun for us to all go ice skate tgt and for me to teach him and stuff. so then they wanted to watch scorch trials i think?? the thing is i didn't watch the first one so like i watch oso no point. then like idk ah i was just being damn sian and upset and everything until piggy just called out sharmaine like hey we're not gonna watch movie w u anymore. and somehow at that moment everyone was just suddenly like hey, idm ice skating leh, even if we have to pay. yeah, why did we decide against it ah? and yep that's how we ended up ice skating haha ><

then like cos piggy paid for everyone first and everyone paid him back so it added up to like 100+, he went to deposit it. and like i guess i could sense the sianness from him? spent so long trying to find the damn machine tho lol., went on so many rounds too. then after that went in to ice skate. shit the shoes smell damn bad otl.

some pig was really damn frustrated and felt like giving up and everything the first few times cos like he really couldnt skate at all ah and i guess i'm kindda glad that he can now? like can skate better and everything ah (: can skate alr. just cannot skate straight and stop (the stop one is fine i can't do it either lol). he along w shar were being such noise pollutions hahahaha >< "F!!! F!!!!! CB!!!! F!!!!" apparently someone even screamed cb to some random person trying to help him up HAHA. shar was just screaming everytime she was abt to fall LOL. then chris. omg chris. lived up to his  name of being a koala????? clinged on to everyone for dear life omg hahahhahhaha damn funny. had to push him into the center multiple times to get him to skate xP

then after that i think pig rly got so thirsty that he went out to get water. i was honestly rly worried ah cos like our bags were locked and everything so i couldnt take water for him,. and the vending machine was broken and everything so like... really no where to get water? was thinking like desperate times call for desperate measures and just gg to drink water from the sink but idk what he did in the end hahahha >< chris also ended up coming out cos i think he ran outta ppl to cling on HHAHHAHAH and then he ended up w pig for a while as i went back to skate (they took a few photos outside the toilet xP)

and then (idk when just some time as we were ice skating HAHA) we got jy's friend that he coincidentally met there to help us take a grp photo! ^^

so then after skating a while we realised that wq, jy and hilz were gone. but that was like when it was abt to end alr so we thought maybe they just decided to leave a little earlier so nvm bah. so we continued skating on and talked to shar and everything hahhaa helped her skate too! and like i rmb i tried to race (oh dear goodness i typed it as rape when i wasnt focussing HELP) pig but then when he skates to fast he falls backwards. sorry )))): 

it was only after we came out that we realised quan will have to go to a hospital...... cos he fell and had a deep and bad cut on the bottom of his chin >< it was kindda chaotic for a moment cos we were like omg yknow hahahahha then we just like asked him what happened and stuff. turns out he skated too fast and then he fell. but he couldnt like brace his fall or anything so he fell on his chin. and then like when he fell he heard the sound of his teeth hitting ea other and he was like gg lol. cos one tooth actl rly chipped so now it's sort of like sharp haha. actl that may not be a bad thing LOL. but anyways yeah. deep and bad cut. all 3 medics that attended to him told him he would need stitches and he would have to go to a hospital. the nearest one was ng teng fong (yknow i can't rmb this so i literally googled ng hospital HAHAHHA) hospital that was a walking distance. but jy chris and quan cabbed and we walked. honestly, i wanted to take polaroid to rmb it and everything but a bit insensitive uh. so i just took a pic w my piggy hehe ><

so yeah then the rest of us walked there. it wasn't too long la actl but it was freaking confusing as to where was the a&e hahha. and cos like we were talking on the addicts grp as to where quan was and everything, clara (who wasn't there cos music theory exam coming up) saw and she texted me like VHAT HAPPENED. hahhahahhah xP so i had to explain everything to her x) 

then like so we took up like two thirds of the waiting seats available as we waited for the docs to call quan. and cos it was kindda uncomfortable wearing jeans, i changed into berms and a surfer's paradise shirt while piggy changed into berms and the shirt i made for him and gave him on our 100 day hahahha >< damn paiseh to say omg. but yeah. 

when we came back i was like "eh his shirt v nice hor" and everyone caught on pretty quickly that it was made by me. and cos both of us were wearing white shirts hilary was like are yall wearing couple shirts. and i'm there like YEP SURE I'M WEARING SURFER'S PARADISE. xP

i don't think i have the photo of quan's snapchat but basically this guy took a pic of his injury (w the gauze obv) and said "gg fell down" and sent it to everyone. clearly it doesn't hurt as much as it looks HAHA JK then like cos we were all thirsty and drinking water and soya bean/melon milk that piggy bought, quan drank some water too and he was scolded by the admins at the counter cos it would prolly aggravate his wound and he shldnt be doing anything until the doc tells him so??? hahhaa xP 

when he was called to go to the nurse's (?) room, all 7 of us like barged in and the nurse was like wtf HAHHAHA so she just cleaned it up and stuff and told us where to wait hahaha >< got a good look at the cut and holy shit it's damn scary lol >< 

yep. clearly doesn't hurt at all. JKJK 

so as we waited for the doc to call quan in quan had to msg the tchr ic (i think?) of his level cos he stays in dorm to pick him up. so she had to drive all the way from vs to ng teng fong hospital HAHA. then like when quan was inside, only one person could go w him so hilary went in. then like when ms teo came, hilary came out and she was like "r u his gf HAHA" but it wasn't long before quan came out too ah. 

but let's get back to the waiting first. apparently chris now loves pokemon on the ds and pig played it too??? hhahahahah >< omg i didnt play at all leh makes me feel like i got no childhood hahhaa >< nah kidding i was cooking mama all the way yo! xP 

so then when quan came out it wasn't stitches but tissue glue???? 

plasma kept coming out of it it was damn disgusting omg hahaha >< 

so then like ms teo was sitting w us and she said that she didn't recognise chris or hilary but marcus and me (ooo rhymy). piggy was in the ndp colours party thingy that she was in charge of and i think i'm just around him so often that anyone who knows him by extension knows me HAHHAHHA then like we were wearing couple bracelets (omg it feels damn weird to say this but ya we got the same bracelet that i made ah ohkay lol) and i didnt realise it so when ms teo saw she was like "are yall tgt?" it was honestly v shocking ah omg so we a bit the shocked and a bit the act blur HAHA. then quan was like aiya it's obv la HAHA. 

so then like we waited to pay and everything (quan's card didn't work so ms teo had to help him pay first LOL) then she sent us to bedok (: thank youuuuu but first had to send quan to his hostel. her car  was playing all the worship songs and u have no idea how i was just waiting for my favourite few to come out hahhaha >< 

got to bedok and had dinner at hawker then went to our corner in bedok cc to talk (: had to leave after a while tho. cos late le >< 

so yeah, i guess that concludes my day ice skating? hehe x) chris just found a coupon for it again we may be gg soon yo xP
