Some are good some are bad

Whaddup ive collected 15 hours of work so on average ive been working 5 hours a day

Anyways just wanted to blog abt a few TERRIBLE customers (?) And a few AMAZING customers!

So we'll start w the bad and after we finish bashing these bitches we can talk abt the super nice ones: 3

So firstly, there was this one guy w his fam. It's only my third day and idk how jetstar works yet. So i asked him if he did online booking and stuff and he was like "wah u really dont know jetstar only can book online" or something and im fine w it la cos i really dont know mah. Then i asked him if he had his itinerary or boarding pass and he was so confused. He was like "nvm i'll figure this out myself you dont know how to ask questions" and i was like BITCH THE MACHINE ASKS YOU THE EXACT SAME QUESTION. IF YOU CAN ANSWER MINE WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN USE THE MACHINE??!?!?!?! so i left him there to struggle himself ahhahahahahaha he ended up having to queue anyway LOSER. I hope his baggage gets destroyed lol

Next is some bitch that think she damn big or what. Both me and natasha have bad impressions of her. So natasha helped her first and she wanted to ask if like the lady wanted her to tag the baggage for her. And she ROLLED her eyes and like said no. Then cos there's this thing to tear out for reference but if u dont want oso no problem. So the lady was like "do i need this?" And natasha said u can if u want cos it's really optional just in case u lose ur luggage or smth (esp if ur machine doesnt print the receipt. And then when natasha wanted to help her she insisted to do it herself and tagged it wrongly. Then after that she tried to put two bags at one go which u cant do. Then her bags were overweight and she told me to go retrieve her bag that WAS ALREADY DOWN THE CONVEYOR BELT. So it went in and i told her i cannot get it anymore. And she was like "no you can. Ive done it before" so i was like lol ohkay lor u got tell the authorities or smth it's not my place to do this and just left her hanging there HAHA. Then she just hogged the bag drop there trying to drop her luggage in and everything until some other lady came up to gaodim her lol idek cos i ignored her after that. This one i really hope luggage gets lost lol she didnt even take out the thing for reference and the machine doesnt print receipts

Then there was this other bitch that brought her interns down and they automatically went to help the ppl at the kiosk aka stealing our jobs. So we were like lol ohkay and we waited for anyone else that would need us. So the bitch came to us like "can you please do your job? I need to take my interns somewhere" and we were like "BY ALL MEANS TAKE THEM AWAY. We want to do our jobs but they just keep barging in so" and this is self check in but some interns literally do everything for them. THEY EVEN HELP BUT THE LUGGAGE ON THE BELT WTH. Even though i do help when they get confused, i dont ever help put the luggage unless they really dont know how to put it on the belt. So i was just like laughing lor lol.

There was also this fam i pity them. They had so much problems w their bag drop that they were so pekcek poor thing :\

Now on to the good!!!

Some ppl are just so friendly awww. Cos like i help them right and when i tell them "yeah that's it you can proceed to the departure gate" they were just like THANK YOU SO MUCH cos i helped them skip a super long queue hahahaha xD

Most of them are angmohs hahaha they're all just so nice it makes my day helping them ^^ (this is short not cos i cant find anything good, but bcos most of them are the same. Hahaha they're all so cute being so thankful and everything x) )
